Suite Lavande ★★★★★

The Lavande is the lightest of the four: high east-facing windows, so you can catch the morning sun and keep the afternoon heat out. Thick walls and shutters do the work that air conditioning does elsewhere.

One bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the seating area for four. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, and there is a private washer and dryer, convenient at the end of a week.

Outside is a private terrace with a fire pit, on the edge of the lavender lawn to which the suite is named. Mowing takes place in mid-July, after which the smell remains for weeks. The pool is behind the old barn, a minute's walk away.

Two things I have filled in that you need to check: the sofa bed (otherwise four people do not match one bedroom) and the location on the east.
